HS/MS Cross Country Optional (No Coaches) @ Huron Meadows Metropark

Optional Summer work outs. At Huron Meadows-Sunset Ridge Area. 1st Day of Official Cross Country is August 8th.  Runners particiapting need a sports physical on file with their Coach prior to running. For HS this is pre- season downtime July 25-Aug 7.  No Coaches are allowed to coach during this time.  Parents- please be aware.
